This is the first promising news that we have seen from a main stream “diet place” that actually makes sense in the real world. Weight Watchers has changed the way it looks at calories. All calories are no longer created equal. Processed foods are now assigned more “points” than whole, natural foods…it ain’t perfect but it’s a huge step in the right direction….BRAVO WEIGHT WATCHERS!!
