call whatever you hit the target.
WARM UP
10 WALL BALLS
20 OVER HEAD WALKING LUNGES W/BALL
10 JUMPING PULL UP
20 SUPERS
3 ROUNDS
WORK OUT
7000 LB TOTAL DEAD LIFT
example: 40 dead lifts with 175 lb = 7000
2000 LB FULL MAN MAKERS (MEN) 1500 LB (WOMEN)
example: 25 full manmakers with 2-40lb dumbells = 2000lb
EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND AND
COMPLETE: 1 FORWARD/REVERSE BEAR CRAWL OR 20 JUMP SQUATS…ALTERNATING EACH MINUTE BETWEEN ONE OFTHE TWO….then go back to man makers or deadlifts until both totals are reached…….
