EACH TEAM MUST COMPLET EACH OF THE ABOVE EXERCISE TOTALS WORKING ONE AT A TIME. ONE PARTNER DOES A BLDG RUN WITH A PLATE PINCH HOLD WHILE THE OTHER DOES AMRAP UNTIL 1ST PARTNER FINISHES RUN, THEN SWITCH. CONTINUE PATERN UNTIL 100 IS REACHED FOR EACH EXERCISE.

THEN:

10 TIRE FLIPS WHILE PARTNER DOES AMRAP ROPE CLIMBS

CONTINUE UNTIL 50 TIRE FLIPS AND 10 ROPE CLIMBS ARE COMPLETED.
