50 METER OVERHEAD WALK

kEEP SAME WEIGHT ON THE BAR OR DUMBELLS
THROUGHOUT ENTIRE WORKOUT.  START WITH 10 DEADLIFTS AND EACH ROUND
ADD TWO MORE DEAD LIFTS,FOR A TOTAL OF
6 ROUNDS.. ALL ELSE STAYS
THE SAME.
