CLEAN/SQUAT:
   START WITH BAR

DO
10 CLEAN/SQUAT…ADD 5LB EACH SIDE
DO  9 CLEAN/SQUAT….ADD 5LB EACH SIDE
continue all the way down to :
DO  1 CLEAN/SQUAT…..2 CORNER RUN.

THEN:
DEADLIFTS:   START WITH 70LB TOTAL BAR
DO 10 DEADLIFTS….ADD 1OLB EACH SIDE
DO  9 DEADLIFTS…. ADD 10LB EACH SIDE
continue all the way down to:
DO 1 DEADLIFTS           2 CORNER RUN.
