A good idea…it made me sit and think.  This is what kids and I came up with.
To the theme of the 12 days of Christmas….I spared you the chorus.
 
On the 1st day of 2011
I’m  aiming for
1 rope climb
 
On the 2nd day of 2011
I’m aiming  for
2 weekend mornings w/o an alarm clock
 
On the 3rd day of 2011
I’m aiming for
3 balanced healthy meals a day….sitting down
 
On the 4th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
4 HSP
 
On the 5th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
a 5 minute plank
 
On the 6th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
6 walking lunges….knees touching ground
 
On the 7th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
7 days off of work instead of on
 
On the 8th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
8 cups of water a day
 
On the 9th day of 2011
I’m aiming  for
9 squats…w/o knees bothering me
 
On the 10th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
10 minutes of silence a day
 
On the 11th  day of 2011
I’m aiming for
11 perfect push ups
 
On the 12th day of 2011
I’m aiming for
12 jumping ropes….instead of 24…I can’t get rid of that double jump!
 
Hopefully, I will get there!!!  THANK YOU both for all you have done for me with the gym this last year!
