8 FLOOR TO CEILING  35/45
9 PUSH UPS
10 WEIGHTED SIT UPS  35/45
11 JUMP SQUATS
12 ROPE CLIMBS
THE ABOVE EXERCISES WILL BE DONE AS THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS SONG DICTATES
START WITH 1 BEAR CRAWL THEN 2 HSPU AND 1 BEAR CRAWL, THEN ON THE THIRD DAY OF XMAS MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME: 3 BURPEES, 2 HSPU, 1 BEAR CRAWL…..CONTINUE TO 12 ROPE CLIMBS!
