EACH PARTNER MUST COMPLETE 100 PUSH UPS, 150 SIT UPS, 200 SQUATS EACH

EXAMPLE: FIRST PARTNER CONTINUES DOING PUSH UPS WHILE SECOND PARTNER COMPLETES 1 BLDG RUN.  THEN SECOND PARTNER DOES PUSH UPS UNTIL FIRST PARTNER RUNS AROUND BLDG. CONTINUE PATERN UNTIL BOTH PARTNERS FINISH 100 PUSH UPS EACH, THEN PROCEED TO SIT UPS AND SQUATS WITH SAME PATERN.  PARTNER THAT FINISHES FIRST HOLDS PLANK, ELECTIRC CHAIR AND HSH UNTIL SLOWER PARTNER FINSHES.
