SHORT SIDE: BALL LUNGE

START WITH 10 JUMPING SQUATS….BUTT TO BALL OR 20 AIR SQUATS

INCREASE BY 10 EACH CORNER OF BLDG, THEN REVERSE DIRECTION

THEN:

BALL CLEANS

SITUPS

AMRAP IN 15 MIN OR TILL CLASS FINISHED, WHICH EVER COMES FIRST…
