Must hold bar on side of body at all times with one hand while walking until 5 rounds completed OR STOP AND DO:
1st time failure: 10 BURPEES
2nd time failure: 15 JUMPING SQUATS W/BAR
3rd time failure:   20 PUSH PRESS W/BAR
continue above rotation untill 5 rounds complete.

REPEAT WITH OTHER HAND.
