DEAD LIFT
HANG SQUAT CLEAN PRESS
OVERHEAD WALK 
5 ROUNDS..WEIGHTS CAN NEVER TOUCH GROUND

USE ONE DUMBELL IN YOUR LEFT HAND, INCREASING
WEIGHT AT THE BEGINING OF EACH ROUND UNTILL
FAILURE, THEN 5 BURPEES AND CONTINUE WITH
FAILED WEIGHT UNTIL COMPLETION OF ALL 5 ROUNDS.

REPEAT WITH RIGHT HAND.
